(1) Section 1的TFNG題錯太多，對於這類型的題意判斷還是要再多加練習，不過明明這次就已經很仔細確認了啊…

• You must report a lost or stolen credit card within 24 hours. — Not Given
• 提示：To report a lost or stolen card, phone the 24-hour toll-free number, 0800 700 007. (The reading passage doesn’t tell you WHEN you should call this number)
• To get a new card, you should appear in person at the bank. — True
• 提示：To order a replacement card, call in at your local branch of the Delta Bank. (call in at = visit, 這題純粹是不清楚片語，不過應該也可以從常理來判斷…，要補發卡片當然要臨櫃領取啊…太怕出題者陰人了，不敢亂判斷)
• If you don’t use your card for 3 months, the card will be cancelled. — False
• 提示：Inactivity fee-Charged after 12 weeks of no card activity $12.50
• 一開始覺得題目裡面沒有說會取消，所以覺得是Not Given，因為我怎麼看都沒有看到取消卡片這個規範。但是因為題目已經有說會收費，表示這個inactivity fee就是一種懲罰，也就是說charge fee是True，而且跟cancell card是對等的，都是針對inactive card = don’t use your card，也因此在IELTS的題型規定裡，凡是跟True牴觸的即為False，並非完全沒有提及，至少題目還是有講到如果in active會有怎樣的措施。
• 要題目裡面真的完全正、反兩面都沒有提到跟問題相關的內容，才能說是Not Given，如果有提到其中一方或是一點線索，都不能算是Not Given，畢竟人家還是有講嘛…

(2) 題目裡Insecurity是主要答案，後面跟著一個冒號說明造成insecurity的原因，如果只寫depression就沒辦法cover到最後提到的company downsizing, restructuring and making redundancies。這種題目要小心，通常填空題都不需要更改字詞型態。

(3) 看到長相類似的單字要注意一點，不要一開始就果斷下判斷…
